Check out the documentary “Forks over Knives” available on netflix right now if yo have that.. other wise WATCH IT!! side note: omg and I look terrible like I have not slept in days!!! Its all the processed food I eat from couponing. It is true that couponing gets you the free stuff …but its all over processed crap thats HORRIBLE FOR YOU!! just sayin… so for 30 days I will be giving that up. They say this diet makes you feel more energized and can cure anything from allergies and digestion problems to cancer!! Research it and FOLLOW ME here. September 19th!! I will be sharing what I buy and what I cook and eat.. even sharing the good and the BAD days.

yes I have been on a plant based diet and have reversed my diabetes, my high cholesterol, high blood pressure, my A1 c is in the 5’s normal, my blood pressure 110/75
and my cholesterol is now 100 ldl with out any drugs whatsoever. This Forks over Knives is a God send, I have recommended it to my sons and they have both gone on the diet, including several friends of mine who are also seeing great results, I also recommend seeing the Neil Barnard website who also believes in the diet

I just saw the video, I’ve seen the one with juicing but that is way to expensive. This plant diet will fill up your stomach more I’m doing a 30 day too!

Oh hai! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my father lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

Haha I said the 19th is on sunday… but its not that will be MONDAY. I plan on getting farm fresh eggs maybe some other items at the farmers market on saturday the 17th. I may make a video of the things I have bought at that point… we will see.

I am going to do the challenge too!  I already stopped Red meat and pork. Looking forward to stopping chicken & then milk which is the hardest for me. Tina

I was looking over everything and to be honest this may end up being much longer than a 30 day challenge just because it would be too hard on the body to just go completely plant based in a short time. I decided that the first week I will be cutting out red meats and transitioning all my white refined flour products like breads and pastas into whole grain products…. so thats going to be week 1. :) Good luck to you!

Hi, I just wanted to send some encouragement your way! Today I decided to have a plant based food diet also. I’m excited but I know its going to be a struggle so I’m starting slow just as you are.
